You feel it in your own body when perimenopause starts changing all the rules.

Hormones shift, sleep gets weird, energy becomes less predictable, and the body that once let you override it starts having a lot of opinions. At the same time, mortality stops being theoretical. Your parents age and your kids start leaving home.

You start noticing where you've been carrying everyone else, swallowing your words, or organizing your life around what everyone else needs from you. And you're ready for more. More satisfaction, more money, more pleasure, and more room to hear yourself think.

And sometimes there's a tiny voice suggesting that perhaps you should burn the whole thing down and move to France.

We’ve been missing an entire stage of womanhood.

Maiden - Mother - Crone was fine when women only lived into their 50s.

But now, we're living much longer, into our 80s, 90s, and beyond and we need a new model:

The Sovereign phase begins around fifty and carries us into our early seventies. It's womb-independent power: a time when our value is no longer organized around fertility, motherhood, or how much we can do for everyone else.

This is meant to be our greatest phase of voice, wealth and influence. Our work can become more focused, our money can begin to compound, and our gifts can be used with far more precision.

Our forties prepare us for it with a series of astrological portals that ask us, one after another, to shed what no longer fits and become more aligned with who we actually are.

If you're in your late thirties or forties now, you're inside those portals and your Soul is inviting you to become who it designed you to be.

If you're already in your fifties or beyond, the invitations are still there; our work is to go back and harvest what they were trying to teach you.

The midlife initiation is one of the central threads inside SOVEREIGN: understanding what your Soul Design has been telling you, gathering the wisdom from them, and using it to build what comes next.

You're not becoming less powerful with age.

You're learning to use your power with intention and precision.

Sovereignty means you can say what you want, set limits, and make decisions without abandoning yourself to keep someone else comfortable. Your husband, friends, and clients all make demands of your energy and time. Being Sovereign means you're willing to disappoint them to stay true to yourself.

(just notice if there are parts of you that clutch their pearls when I said that. that's very important information.)

And it's where the skillsets of Sovereignty matter. You learn how to hear your own Desires and wisdom, make a decision, set a boundary, have the conversation, and stay steady while other people adjust. That last part, phew!, that can be the hardest... waiting in the discomfort while the people around you adapt to who you've become. It's also the coolest. thing. ever.

Real sovereignty gets built on ordinary days when you're able to hold Centre.

In 2011, I began intensive training in NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy and learned to see the pattern underneath the problem. I became a Trainer and Master Coach, later a Menopause Doula, and for nearly fifteen years I've helped women renovate marriages, businesses, and lives they wanted to keep without sacrificing themselves to keep them standing.

This is what I'm exceptionally good at: I see the whole woman and your whole realm. When your body is exhausted, your business is asking too much, and your marriage feels like it's on the brink, I see what connects them. I look for the old rule underneath all three: who you believe you have to be, to be 'good' and what you’re afraid will happen if you stop.

Midlife Initiation answers the second: I understand what this phase is asking of me. We study the major midlife portals and the changes already happening in your body, identity, and priorities so you can understand what this phase of life has been asking you to release, claim, and become.

Then, Claiming the Throne answers the third: I know what I want, and I know how to get it. This is where you use what you know to run your realm - your life and business. You decide what gets your time, what your work is allowed to cost you, what happens with the money, and which old agreements need to change.

The process we'll be using inside SOVEREIGN comes from VisionWeaver, the methodology I have been developing and teaching for years. Simply put, it's this:

SEE IT → FEEL IT → CHOOSE IT → BUILD IT → LIVE IT

First, you see what is actually happening and understand the pattern underneath it. Then you feel what is true instead of immediately fixing, overriding or explaining it away.

Then comes the Pivot Point: CHOOSE IT. You decide what you want now.

From there, we build. A decision about your health reaches the calendar. A decision about money reaches the bank account. A decision about your business changes how you work.

And then you live it long enough to find out what your choice actually creates because every choice has consequences.

That is the part personal development often skips. We can keep having beautiful revelations forever. SOVEREIGN keeps bringing the revelation down into your life.
